Robert E. “Bob” Vital practiced law in West Virginia beginning in 1974 and retired in 2014. Mr. Vital graduated from Marshall University with a B.B.A. in Accounting in 1969 and received his J.D. from West Virginia University College of Law in 1974. Throughout his career, Mr. Vital operated a general law practice, but primarily concentrated on bankruptcy matters and transactional matters in the latter portion of his career.
Jack H. Vital, III practiced law in West Virginia, Florida, and Oklahoma. Mr. Vital graduated from Marshall University with a B.B.A. in Accounting in 1961 and from George Washington University with a J.D. in 1966. His practice included extensive litigation in a wide variety of matters. He tried more than 100 cases to verdict. Although Mr. Vital was involved in many types of cases, he typically chose to focus on cases which caused serious injuries. Mr. Vital achieved favorable results for his clients against large corporations including Ford Motor Company, Toyota Motor Company, Caterpillar, Rubbermaid, and others.
