Jack H. Vital, III is admitted to practice law in West Virginia, Florida, and Oklahoma. Mr. Vital graduated from Marshall University with a B.B.A. in Accounting in 1961 and from George Washington University with a J.D. in 1966. He has extensive litigation experience in a wide variety of matters. He has participated in more than 100 trials to verdict. Although Mr. Vital has been involved in many types of cases, he has typically chosen to focus on cases which have caused serious injuries.
