Our Practice

In 1974, Robert Vital began providing a variety of legal services to residents of Cabell, Wayne, Lincoln, Mason, Putnam, Logan, Mingo, and other surrounding counties in West Virginia.

Those doors have remained open to the people and families of the Tri-State Area ever since.

Matthew Vital joined the firm in 1996 and practices exclusively in the areas of serious personal injury litigation, insurance disputes which include 1st party bad faith issues against insurance companies, and criminal defense in West Virginia and Kentucky, and Ohio. 

Jason Leasure joined the firm in 2007 with experience in civil litigation and practices primarily in the areas of personal injury litigation, insurance dispute matters, and lemon law in West Virginia, Kentucky and Ohio.

Jack Vital has been admitted to practice in West Virginia since 1966 and is licensed in Florida and Oklahoma and now serves in an Of Counsel position to the firm—continuing to provide us, and our clients with the benefits that more than 40 years of experience can bring.
